Carolyn Ellis, Director has a first class Honours Degree in Supporting specialising in psychology and a wide range of mental health issues. In addition the Company holds the Government Disability Confident employer and employs staff with a range of disabilities.

The Company in addition recognises the importance of recognising the mental health of its workforce is just as important as their physical wellbeing and being able to recognise signs of struggle and being able to offer support it has such has two qualified mental health first aiders in addition to the five first aiders within the company.
